We Are Now Offering Virtual Consultations. Please Request a Consultation Online.

During this unsettling time, we wanted to reach out to our patients and reassure you of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery because it has been our top priority. Additionally, please take note of the following:
  • As a cosmetic medicine facility, we typically do not service sick patients. Our patients elect to have procedures that are not medically necessary, so your risk of running into an ill patient is lower than that of other healthcare facilities.
  • Our surgeries and other treatments are performed in our private facilities used purely for elective treatments.
We continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and are actively following the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local, state and federal government agencies. Our usual guidelines include universal precautions, frequent handwashing, and frequent sanitizing of all patient areas. For the most up-to-date information, please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website about this evolving situation, how to reduce the risk of spreading illness, travel health notices, and more.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Currently, as the Coronavirus is thought to spread mainly from person to person, we have now adopted several enhanced safety measures to decrease the risk of exposure to you and the community which include the following:
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizers provided when you enter our offices.
  • If you feel unwell or anyone in your household may have been exposed to COVID-19 through travel or attendance at large gatherings less than two weeks ago, please call us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule you!
  • If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into the crease of your elbow and immediately wash your hands.
  • Know the symptoms of Coronavirus: tiredness, fever, weakness, shortness of breath, and diarrhea. This virus is lower respiratory focused, so you may not have upper respiratory symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, and congestion.
  • Take these additional preventive actions to stop the spread of germs: wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, and clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
We hope each of you will stay safe & healthy as we navigate this complex situation together.

Spectrum Multi-Platform Laser Treatment at Noble Cosmetic Surgery

Varicose and spider veins are common problems in adults with insufficient blood flow. Inadequate blood flow will not only result in these unattractive veins but can have a significant health impact in other ways. Restlessness, fatigue, discomfort, aching, and swelling can all be attributed to insufficient blood flow. If you suffer from cosmetically undesirable varicose or spider veins and are ready to eliminate them, visit Noble Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Patrick Obasi is happy to offer vascular reduction treatments using the Spectrum Multi-Platform Laser.

Spectrum For Vascular Reduction

If you are suffering from unattractive veins on your legs or face, consider vascular reduction treatment with Spectrum’s long pulsed nd:Yag laser. This treatment will diminish or even eliminate the appearance of these visible and unsightly veins. Using a 1064nm laser light to penetrate the skin down into the vein, Spectrum’s laser’s energy is absorbed, causing the vein walls to collapse and close. This elimination of visible veins is quick and effective for most patients and works best on small veins, 3mm or less.

Quick Results

Spectrum laser treatments are not only minimally invasive, but you will get almost immediate results. As soon as your first treatment is complete, you should begin to see immediate improvements. Results should be expected about 2 to 4 weeks after you receive your fourth treatment, with continual refinement of these results continuing for weeks after the completion of your treatment cycle.

When you schedule for a procedure using the Spectrum multi-platform laser with a certified laser technician at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, you should expect zero downtime with minimal side effects. It is important to note that some patients do experience some swelling and minor skin irritation following the procedure. You will be asked to avoid sun exposure leading into and following your treatment. You will also be encouraged to utilize sunscreen when you go outside to protect the areas that received treatment and promote healthy healing.

Why Choose Spectrum Laser Treatment?

Spectrum’s Nd: Yag laser treatment will lead to an enhanced appearance and provide a boost to your self-confidence. Once each round of treatment is complete, you will notice that your visible veins are becoming lighter. Because it is impossible to alter your venous system and prevent the surfacing of new veins in the future, our team will identify which veins are best for treatment and provide a treatment plan that will suit you best. Once your treatment cycle is complete, your once visible veins will either be significantly lighter or outright eliminated.

Who Is a Good Candidate?

Most individuals who desire this treatment will be eligible, but the treatment may be found not to be a good fit if:

  • You are pregnant
  • You have darkly tanned skin
  • You suffer from dermatologic conditions, including severe acne
  • You currently take certain acne medications

During your consultation at Noble Cosmetic Surgery, there will be an examination of your skin type and tone to determine if you are a good candidate for this treatment. If you want to learn more about The Spectrum’s long pulsed Nd: Yag laser and how it can eliminate visible veins on your skin, please contact our office at (214) 617-1672.
